Municipal Court is generally held the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month. Check in time is 1:00 p.m. Court starts at 1:30 p.m.
Persons can request defensive driving as long as they have not taken it within the last 12 months and were not going 25 or more miles over the speed limit. Note: Persons carrying a commercial license are not entitled to defensive driving or the deferred disposition.

To request defensive driving, persons must provide proof of current insurance in person's name, a copy of driver's license, and a money order, cashier check, credit card, or cash for $107.00. This must be accomplished on or prior to the actual court date. To request deferred disposition, persons must see the judge, be able to pay court costs on that date and the rest of the fine in 10 working days.
