Mayoral Proclamation Request

Mayoral Proclamations are issued to honor individuals, organizations, or events that benefit the community. Proclamations may also raise awareness for milestones, causes, or extraordinary achievements.

All requests must be submitted at least four weeks in advance. Each request is reviewed individually by the Mayor's Office and approval is not guaranteed. Proclamations are ceremonial only and carry no legal or legislative weight.
