Planning and Zoning Commission
About
The Planning and Zoning Commission is responsible for recommending to the Council the creation and modification of zoning districts, as well as reviewing and approving all land plats submitted for filing with Bexar County. They also cooperate with Development Services and Economic Development regarding needs in city development. Duties of the Commission include hearing Zoning cases, Specific Use Permits and Plat approvals and citizens are encouraged to attend and voice their views on the cases. The Commission is a decision-making board.
Meetings
The meetings are scheduled for the last Thursday before the last Tuesday of each month at 7:00p.m. All meetings are held in the Council Chambers at Live Oak City Hall, 8001 Shin Oak Drive, Live Oak, Texas.
Note: Meetings may sometimes be modified or cancelled, and those notices will be posted on the City Calendar.
